How to make Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe: Veg fried rice is one of Indo Chinese menu. It is Prepared with various vegetables and fried in a pan.
Ingredients for making Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe-
Basmati rice : 1 ½ cup
Water : 4- 5 cups.
Oil : 2 drops
Salt : as required
Ingredients for making fried rice :
Carrot : ¼ cup
Capsicum : ¼ cup
French beans : ¼ cup
Cabbage : ¼ cup
Spring onions : ¼ cup
Garlic : 4nos chopped
Ginger : 3nos chopped
Soya sauce : 3 tbsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Pepper : 1 tbsp powdered
Salt : as required
Oil : 2 tbsp
Step by step procedure on how to make Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe:
Wash the rice for 3- 4 times. Soak it for 20 minutes in water. Take a vessel, add 1 tbsp oil , a pinch of salt and add 4 cups of water. Drain water from soaked rice and add rice to pan. Cook the rice and keep it aside. Because of oil the rice will be separate without sticking. Take all vegetables, wash them cleanly and chop them. Take other bowl and add chopped veggies into it and pour water as required for boiling veggies. After cooking take them out and drain water from it. Now take pan, add oil to it for frying. Heat it for few minutes and add chopped garlic and ginger to it. Saute then for a while. No need to fry them until they turn brown. Add spring onions and saute them for 2 minutes. Now add all chopped veggies into pan and mix them well. Increase the flame to high.
Fry them and stir occasionally. Let them cook evenly and ensure veggies are not getting burnt. Fry them until they cooked nicely. Add soya sauce, vinegar and pepper powder into it. Stir then well and add salt as required. Mix them well and stir it occasionally till added items get immersed into veggies. After mixing them well, add cooked rice into it. Fry it for few minutes till rice is covered with all added mixture. Taste it and add is anything is missing.
